Hey Kimchee's Buchu Kimchee is made from freshly picked garlic chives from our farm mixed with our homemade kimchee sauce which brings out that distinct flavor of mild onion and garlic flavor combined. 

It is enjoyed eaten fresh or the more flavorful Buchu Kimchee is when it has been fermented for a couple of weeks!
