Kkakdugi literally means cubed radish and is distinctively made with radish from Korea a.k.a Korean radish (available locally) due to the texture and taste of the radish. 

Hey Kimchee’s Kkakdugi is made with freshly cubed Korean radish, spiced with just the right touch of chili kimchee sauce, and fermented just enough to provide the crisp and crunchiness of the radish combined with that distinct kimchi flavor.
